UrbanFoodDesign is owned and operated by Patrick Madden, a Canberra born chef. After completing his apprenticeship in Sydney Patrick spent three years travelling extensively through Europe an Asia.
During his travels Patrick worked at the Michelin starred Seven Dials restaurant in Brighton. He orchestrated the opening of the private dining room during a stint at Smiths of Smithfield in London then made a lengthy stop at the famed Soho House.
Patrick reurned to Sydney in 2005 and has worked as a freelance chef for some of Sydney's most prestigious catering companies, executive chef at The Hyde Park Barracks, food stylist and product consultant.
